Bikram Yoga Retreat

The 6 night Bikram Yoga Retreat is designed to challenge you both physically and mentally.  You will complete a Bikram Yoga class daily with posture clinics to improve your alignment and understanding of the postures.  It will provide you with new knowledge and skills to use not only in your Bikram Yoga practice, but also in every day life, creating a new sense of wellness, balance and vitality.

Included in your Bikram Yoga Retreat:

You will need to make your own way to Tranquil Point Retreat and provide your own food to make meals in our fully equipped kitchen.

Saturday      am: morning Bikram Yoga class & retreat close        pm: depart Tranquil Point Retreat

Rate           $1500 for a single person private room.

To confirm your reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking.   Tranquil Point Retreat accepts mastercard and visa cards.  Tranquil Point Retreat has a no refund cancellation policy and your booking can be transferred within a 12 month period from the date of the initial booking.
